GitHub delivery metrics
Connect GitHub and Acticly builds DORA metrics, review flow, and delivery trends from the data your repositories already hold. Read-only, and no survey to run.
What Acticly reads
- Pull requests, commits, reviews, and repository metadata.
- Diff statistics and contributor activity — enough to compute flow, not the contents of your code.
What you get
- DORA: lead time, deploy frequency, change failure rate, and time to restore.
- Review bottlenecks — where pull requests wait, and which reviews stall.
- Per-team delivery flow, with individuals rolled up rather than ranked.
- AI-assisted commit detection, joined to the spend side of the product.
How to connect
Connect through the GitHub App or a personal access token. Repository selection is explicit — Acticly only ingests what you enable.
Acticly → Integrations → Version Control
1. Install the GitHub App, or supply a personal access token
2. Choose which repositories to sync — nothing is ingested until you do
3. History backfills, then keeps up incrementallyWhat this does not cover
- Any write access. Acticly never pushes code, opens pull requests, creates branches, or modifies repository content.
- Repositories you have not explicitly enabled.
- Individual rankings or leaderboards — delivery reporting is team-level by default.
