Frequently Asked Questions

Setting up your account is easy. Simply click the 'Log In' button, choose your preferred SSO provider or sign up with email, and follow the onboarding steps to connect your initial repositories and tools.

You can access your billing details, download invoices, and update your payment methods by navigating to Settings > Billing within the Acticly dashboard.

Go to Settings > Integrations, locate the Jira card, and click 'Connect'. You will need your Jira workspace URL and an API token generated from your Atlassian account.

We will notify you when you approach your limit. If you exceed it, your data will continue to sync, but you will be prompted to upgrade your plan at the start of the next billing cycle.

Basic reporting is available on all plans. Advanced custom reporting and automated scheduled reports are available on the Professional and Enterprise plans.
