Two products, one platform
AI Insights answers what your coding agents cost and whether that spend is working. Team Insights answers how the organization is delivering. They share one platform, and most teams turn on both.
AI Insights
What your AI coding agents cost, and whether it is paying off.
- Who it is for
- Engineering leaders who approved AI coding tools and now have to justify the invoice — or who have not seen the invoice broken down at all.
- What you need to connect
- Connect Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or another supported agent. Spend data starts appearing immediately; adoption trends need a couple of weeks of history.
What it does
Real-time spend visibility
Per developer, per session, per day. No month-end surprises.
Thresholds and alerts
Usage spikes and threshold breaches surface before the bill does.
Token vs subscription clarity
Cost per person whether they are on seat plans or usage-based billing.
AI impact signals
Plain-language summaries tying spend to delivery outcomes.
Adoption and efficiency trends
Who is using what, and whether usage is turning into shipped work.
Team Insights
How the organization delivers, without running another survey.
- Who it is for
- Engineering managers and heads of engineering who need delivery evidence from the systems the team already uses, rather than from a quarterly questionnaire.
- What you need to connect
- Connect a code repository account — GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket. Jira is optional and adds issue, sprint, and epic context. Slack is optional and delivers insights in-channel.
What it does
DORA metrics
Lead time, deploy frequency, MTTR, and change failure rate.
Pull request and review flow
Where work waits, and which reviews stall.
Jira delivery context
Boards, sprints, epics, and how issues track against shipped code.
Custom dashboards
Start from a template or describe what you want and have it generated.
Wellbeing signals
Patterns such as off-hours activity, to support a sustainable pace.
Agent access, on either product
Both products are queryable over MCP from Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or any MCP client — the same intelligence as the web app, without opening it. Daily Pulse and Weekly Pulse give a single-page narrative across delivery, spend, wellbeing, and risks.
Team-level by default
Acticly is built to show how teams deliver, not to rank individuals against each other. Spend is attributed per person because an alert needs a name attached to it — that is not a leaderboard.
